Skillet Lasagna

OMG this is a winner and a keeper!!!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (I used ground turkey)
10 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 jar (24oz) pasta sauce of choice
1 ½ cups water
About 6 oz fresh spinach ( I used three big handfuls out of a big bag)
NOTE ABOUT THE CHEESE - I DIDN'T MEASURE.  WE ARE BIG CHEESE EATERS IN MY HOUSE SO I USED MORE THAN THIS CALLS FOR
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup ricotta
¼ cup parmesan

Pepperoni slices (optional)

Set Ninja to Stovetop High and brown meat


Once brown, add broken noodles on top of meat


I added pepperoni here (optional)



 Add sauce and water and put lid on, turn down to medium and cook for 20 minutes


This is what it looked like after 20 minutes!


Next stir in spinach


Mix all three cheeses in a bowl, then spoon the cheese mixture over the lasagna


Turn to low, cover and let sit until ready to eat


This is what it looked like when we were ready to eat about 10 minutes after adding the cheese
